Michael Lotter - Founder and Chief Organizer Michael is a SharePoint Solutions Architect for B&R Business Solutions, and travels throughout the United States implementing SharePoint and InfoPath-based solutions. He is an active speaker at East Coast Code Camps and user group meetings, and is a co-author on O’Reilly’s SharePoint 2007: The Definitive Guide. Eric Harlan - Committee Member Eric has been in the I.T. industry for ten years, and heavily involved with SharePoint for six years. Starting from a developer role, Eric has moved on to a more architectural role with a focus on configuration and server implementation Never forgetting his developer roots, he still jumps in when needed to pick up the slack on custom dev needs. As a SharePoint Premier Field Engineer for Microsoft Eric is the first on the ground to troubleshoot SharePoint issues as well as kick off proactive engagements. Eric is involved with many volunteer organizations from the Maryland Elder technology Outreach, SharePoint Saturdays, and educational code camps to President and Co-Founder of the Baltimore SharePoint Users group. Eric also does many speaking events revolving around SharePoint. Topics range from SharePoint Development, InfoPath development tricks and gotcha’s to basic SharePoint sessions for the end user. Susan Lennon - Committee Member Susan Lennon works for Microsoft as a senior consultant on the US Navy and Marine Corps team. Before joining Microsoft she was an independent consultant / Microsoft Certified Trainer for eight years, working on US Navy projects architecting SharePoint solutions. Susan has certifications as an MCT, IT PRO SharePoint 2010 Admin and Database Admin, and MCSD .NET. Susan is deeply committed to the development community and helps run several user groups in VA and is a frequent speaker at SharePoint Saturdays and Code Camps. Becky Isserman - Event Chair Becky Isserman has been a SharePoint Developer, since 2005 when she attended the Portal University with Levi, Ray, and Shoup in Springfield, IL. She is an Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and a Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD). She has been a web designer/developer since she was fifteen hand coding HTML 3.0 websites in NotePad. She enjoys working with SharePoint 2007, because she can perform the roles of administrator, developer, designer, and architect. She has presented at seven code camps, two conferences, and three user groups in the past two years. She currently lives in Olathe, Kansas working remotely for B&R Solutions. She lives with her two cats, Gambit and Rogue, plus her boyfriend, Johnny.
