Alex Randall is a Microsoft employee and works as a SharePoint Senior Consultant for federal government agencies and systems integrators. Alex is responsible for architecting, customizing, configuring, migrating, and advising customers on how to use SharePoint effectively in their organizations.  He has been in the software development and IT fields for over 14 years.  Before Alex caught the SharePoint bug in 2003, he also has many years of experience in web technologies, .NET, and SQL Server custom application development.  Alex holds all four Microsoft SharePoint 2010 certifications (both development side and IT side) and a B.S. in Computer Science.

Becky Isserman has been a SharePoint Developer, since 2005 when she attended the Portal University with Levi, Ray, and Shoup in Springfield, IL. Benjamin Steinhauser, SharePoint Solutions Developer at B&R Business Solutions, comes from an extensive background of building SharePoint and custom ASP.NET solutions for federal and state emergency management agencies. Cathy Dew (MCTS) is a Senior Engineer at Planet Technologies, Graphic Designer and SharePoint MVP based out of Huntsville, Alabama.  She focuses primarily on branding and user experience and how it relates to the SharePoint platform. However she also works with SharePoint from a general End User and Business Analyst perspective as well, defining requirements and governance as needed.

Prior to Microsoft, Don served and was honorably discharged from the United States Air Force. Fabian Williams is a Technical Lead and SharePoint Architect for CDW Advanced Technology Services SharePoint Practice. He is based out of Herndon Virginia. Mr. Williams has a Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems from Strayer University, Washington, D.C. and is 9 Credits and a Capstone away from Masters in CIS at Johns Hopkins University in Columbia Maryland. Greg Hurlman is a Lead Consultant for SharePoint custom development at Avanade, these days working primarily in the pharmaceutical space. He has been a SharePoint developer since 2006, .Net developer since 2001, and programmer since 1984. Scott Shearer is a SharePoint evangelist and developer with FlexPoint Technology in Reston, VA. Scott has over 17 years’ experience in the IT industry implementing Microsoft products and technologies. He has held positions ranging from systems administrator to developer to trainer. Shila is a PMP-certified Project Manager/Business Analyst in Cincinnati, Ohio.
