Andy Nogueira (MCTS, MCPD, MCAD) has over 10 years of professional experience in the IT industry. He is the Team Lead for the Microsoft Practice Group at nonlinear creations Inc. (www.nonlinear.ca), a Microsoft Gold Partner that is specialized in creating unique solutions on the Social Computing, Enterprise 2.0, ECM, BPM, SEO, Search and RIA spaces for clients worldwide for more than 13 years.  He is responsible for designing and implementing several successful technology solutions based on MOSS 2007 (Microsoft Office SharePoint Server) integrated with technologies such as Silverlight, Enterprise Search, Windows Workflow (WF), K2, Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).  Ed is a certified instructor - teaching the exclusive Ted Pattison SharePoint courseware as well as Microsoft SharePoint official curriculum.  Ed has instructed SharePoint course numerous times for Microsoft Certified and Gold Certified Partners, and Canadian Fortune 500 companies.

Ken is a Principal Consultant with NetDexterity. He has over 10 years experience in consulting, software engineering and solutions design, with emphasis on knowledge management and web applications. Ken is a highly sought-after architect/developer with skills and experience in a multitude of IT tools and programming languages.  He is also an accomplished speaker, having delivered many professional engagements on the topic of portal development approaches. From inception to implementation I have developed, lead development teams, architected, scoped, tested, used, administered and managed SharePoint over the past 5 years. With all the MCTS certifications, BVPS, and a background in consulting SharePoint services I hope I can share some of my knowledge and experience with the community.
