End User: Intranet Case Study: Keeping the User Feedback Loop Alive with SharePoint
End User/Special Interest: Good Intranet content and design should breathe with the organization and meet the needs of employees at all times, and SharePoint certainly gives us a great toolset to accomplish that. But how can we keep in touch with the business – and its employees – throughout the year to make sure we’re implementing the features and web parts the organization really needs? We need to match the right SharePoint solution to the right problem, and recover quickly if the users or the business change course. In this case study I’ll share feedback loops we’ve built in my organization that use SharePoint and InfoPath to target key audiences, address specific enterprise business needs, and drive various redesign projects (My Sites, Team Sites, home page, etc.). We’ll also cover some iterative launch ideas to help you measure success and gain quick repeatable wins.
