Chris Beckett - Committee Member

Chris Beckett has 20 years of experience leading the development of enterprise business solutions using rapid application development tools and techniques. He has been a dedicated SharePoint specialist since 2003, with expertise in enterprise infrastructure and deployment planning, business automation solutions development, information architecture, and knowledge management. He is an active blogger and author, and a frequent speaker at user groups and professional organizations. Chris lives with his wife in Seattle. Christian Buckley - Committee Member

Christian Buckley is a SharePoint MVP, an internationally recognized author and speaker, and Director of Product Evangelism for Axceler, where he drives product awareness and both partner and community development. He previously worked at Microsoft as part of the enterprise hosted SharePoint platform team (now part of Office365), and led an engineering team in advertising operations. Prior to Microsoft, Christian was managing director of a regional consulting firm in the San Francisco East Bay, started and sold two technology startups, and worked with some of the world’s largest hi-tech and manufacturing companies to build and deploy collaboration and supply chain solutions. He is co-author of ‘Creating and Implementing Microsoft SharePoint 2010 Real-World Projects’ (MSPress), three books on software configuration management and defect tracking, and can be found online at buckleyplanet.com and @buckleyplanet

Erica Toelle - Committee Member

Erica Toelle is a seasoned Business Architect and Consultant who has been working with SharePoint since 2004. Erica has spent much of that time focused on Organizational Change Management (OCM) project roles and was among the first in the industry to customize OCM methodologies to be more appropriate for the fast-paced nature of SharePoint implementations. She enjoys helping customers create business solutions using out of the box SharePoint features, Microsoft Office and SharePoint Designer, and training customers on how to use these technologies. Erica lives in Seattle and enjoys traveling the world to meet member of the SharePoint community.

Owen Allen - Committee Member

Owen Allen is the VP Solutions for Pingar, a SharePoint ISV partner that is based in New Zealand. Owen has been working with content management applications since 1994, and has been looking for the right way to entice information workers to tag their documents with metadata for much of the past 13 years. He has given out thousands of candy bars to try to make this happen, but that is not a scalable solution. Owen is a co-founder of the Puget Sound SharePoint User Group, and worked at Microsoft as a Technical Sales Professional and as a Sr. Product Manager.
