Becky Isserman has been a SharePoint Developer, since 2005 when she attended the Portal University with Levi, Ray, and Shoup in Springfield, IL. Gary Liu has spent the last five years as a Knowledge Manager at Unisys Corporation, responsible for managing an internal strategic community of practice (of project managers), and a corporate-wide knowledge management application, all based on SharePoint. In the past six months, Gary has been running an internal social computing pilot that will soon become a corporate initiative.

Ilia Sotnikov is a product manager for Microsoft SharePoint management and recovery products at Quest Software. He joined Quest with the Aelita Software acquisition in 2004, and has held various positions, from support escalation engineer to development program manager. Joan Wolff has been a corporate librarian for Wyeth (now Pfizer) Pharmaceuticals for 8 ½ years in the Research Information Management department. During that time, she has been the Training Team Leader and was instrumental in automating evaluation forms, creating resource and application courseware, and standardizing training guidelines. She also coordinated speakers for Community of Practice sessions, handled and managed document requests for chemists, scientists, medical doctors and lawyers on staff and implemented a management system for journal subscription ordering and claiming.
