Neal Fischer is the founder of Hershey Technologies, a highly successful Microsoft Gold Partner focused in the delivery of SharePoint Solutions, Content Capture, Document Management and Workflow automation services.      Educated with a Business Degree in Massachusetts, Neal is a member of several ECM industry executive boards, achieving a number of manufacturer certifications over his 20 year career including Association of Image and Information Management (AIIM) ECM , SharePoint practitioner and Comptia Imaging Architect designations. 
Neal advocates the emergence of compelling ECM services that can now be supported on the SharePoint 2010 platform.  Current company engagements include: supporting over 200 client ECM installation sites that including nationally recognized process improvement works at The Boeing Company, County of San Diego, County of Los Angeles and JP Morgan Chase.  Neal brings a unique business oriented approach focused on improved organization efficiency and bottom-line results.  When not engaged with clients, Neal is eager to make time with his family, and love of the Southern California lifestyle and passions of surfing, wakeboarding and training for the upcoming the La Jolla ½ Marathon.
