Shila is a PMP-certified Project Manager/Business Analyst in Cincinnati, Ohio. She has been working with SharePoint since version 2003 in multiple roles: developer, administrator, power user, project manager, and business analyst. She holds technical certifications in MOSS 2007, SharePoint 2010, and Lotus Notes Domino.  Shila is passionate about bridging the gap between IT and the Business through SMART requirements-gathering, focus on User Adoption, and consideration of the User Experience throughout each phase of the development life cycle.  She is active in the SharePoint community and is one of the co-founders of the Northern Kentucky SharePoint Users Group to be deployed in 2013.
