Michelle is a SharePoint Delivery Executive with over 15 years of IT experience including 7 years of SharePoint experience. She has managed all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle taking projects from original concept through final implementation. Michelle oversees a team of 43 talented SharePoint consultants across multiple disciplines and assignments. In her previous experience she has worked as a Program Manager for SharePoint (SPS 2010, MOSS, SPS 2003) and infrastructure implementations, migrations, branding, governance and architecture projects. She has managed budget, project plan, resource allocation, forecast, and delivery. She has a wealth of experience working in large-scale, complex, and cross-functional/platform environments. Within her projects, her responsibilities included collaboration, interactive design, user interface design, usability, information architecture, user experience, knowledge management, content management, and business process re-engineering. In addition, Michelle is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Project Manager, and a Professional Certified Scrum Master.
