Leanne Bateman has 18+ years of project management experience, and is the Principal Consultant with Beacon Strategy Group in Boston. Since 2008 Leanne has been focused on applying project management principles to SharePoint implementations to ensure maximum user adoption and customer support. She is currently writing a book on SharePoint Project Management for 2013 publication.

Leanne is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Certified Information Professional. She is also the Academic Chair and faculty member of the graduate project management program at Brandeis University. Leanne is a member of the Boston Area SharePoint Users Group (BASPUG), Project Management Institute (PMI), American Society for the Advancement of Project Management (ASAPM), International Project Management Association (IPMA), and Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM).
