Garth is the VP of Sales, Australasia, where he has worked to accelerate market delivery of AvePoint’s solutions and promote SharePoint adoption throughout the regions. With over 10 years experience in the technology sector, he has extensive knowledge of SQL programming and Microsoft Technologies. For several years, Garth has spoken and presented at technology conferences and industry symposiums throughout Australia, South Africa and Europe.

With a background in User Experience (UX) Design for web and application development, Werner has been working on a wide range of technologies and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) environments before shifting his focus to SharePoint. His passion lies with the discipline of Human Computer Interaction (HCI): assessing and understanding the way users interact with complex systems. More than just the underlying technology, Werner believes that a structured methodology needs to be followed when implementing ECM systems to ensure successful user adoption. He is currently managing the New Media division at SMC Enterprise in Cape Town and forms part of their SharePoint Konsult team delivering successful SharePoint implementations to local and international clients.

Zlatan is a Divisional Manager, Chief Architect/Lead Developer and an Enterprise Content Management/Enterprise Architecture Consultant, he also comes from an extensive Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Business Intelligence product background working, providing solutions and managing projects for the Public Sector (Local, Provincial and National Government) and also Corporate Sector (Mining, Retail, Telecommunications, Oil, Manufacturing, Banking and Tourism Industry) with a strong Business and Technical background. Mostly he is a Technical Lead/System Architect as well as Project Manager or a Best Practices Consultant on large Enterprise Content Management projects and Enterprise Strategy Initiatives.
His main focus is Developing and Architecting Enterprise Content Management, Document and Records Management, including Business Process Management, Business Intelligence and Performance Management Solutions as well as Office Business Applications (full blown end to end enterprise industry solutions).
He's a regular speaker at International and National Microsoft Conferences and he also presents at Local Community events on the topics of Enterprise Content Management, SharePoint Server and Technologies, Business Intelligence and Office Business Applications.
