Heather Wallace Heather moved towards her technology calling as a child when she programmed her Commodore 64 to say “Hello” 5000 times and draw PETSCII pictures. Later, she used her Atari 1024ST to dial into the “Internet” at a whopping speed of 600 baud to surf BBS’s, code text RPGs (MUDs), and chat with other geeks. Since, she has worked in a Technical Support role for companies such as General Motors, Department of the Air Force, and General Dynamics. At General Dynamics, she lead the SharePoint implementation, administration, and end user support team. She began her Consulting career when she moved to Dallas, TX doing SharePoint 2003 and 2007 implementations, migrations and support for Verizon and Texas Instruments, to name a few.
